Platform Access

WeaveX provides destination operations software for Travel Agents, Destination Partners, Service Partners, and administrators. Access is limited to authorized business use.

Accounts and Roles

Users are responsible for information submitted through their accounts and for keeping login credentials confidential. WeaveX may suspend access for misuse, fraud, policy violations, or expired subscriptions.

Trip and Partner Data

Users must submit accurate operational data, including trip requirements, service availability, pricing, capacity, issues, and execution updates. WeaveX may use this data to operate trips, match inventory, generate reports, run workflow agents, and support customers.

Subscriptions

Initial Travel Agent access may be provided as a free trial. Admins may activate, extend, suspend, or cancel subscription access according to commercial and operational policy.

Limitation

The MVP supports operational coordination and visibility. It does not replace final commercial contracts, statutory filings, insurance, permits, or local compliance obligations.
